China Exchanges, Visits, Inspections Visa (F) is intended for individuals visiting China for exchanges, visits, inspections, and other non-commercial activities of an academic or professional nature. This visa can be used by applicants participating in short-term study programs, research, training, or other educational activities at institutions or organizations in China. The application requires an official invitation letter that outlines the purpose of the visit, duration of the activity, and the relationship between the applicant and the inviting party. The permitted length of stay is up to 90 days, depending on the embassy’s decision. China visa processing is subject to consular jurisdiction based on the passport issuing authority. - Visa Center Jakarta : Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Papua, all provinces in Kalimantan, and all provinces in Sulawesi - Visa Center Medan : North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, Riau Islands, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands, and Aceh - Visa Center Surabaya : East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, North Maluku, and Maluku - Visa Center Bali : Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

- 1. Have obtained official invitation letter that outlines the purpose of the visit, duration of the activity, and the relationship between the applicant and the inviting party.
- 1. Passport is valid for at least six months from the departure date.
- 4. Passport has at least two blank visa pages.
- 5. No Chinese visa rejection in the past six months.
- 6. No criminal record.
- 7. Regional jurisdiction eligibility is subject to final verification and decision by the embassy.
- 8. Applicants under 18 years of age must submit a Birth Certificate, a copy of parents' Passport or ID, and a Consent Letter from parents including travel dates and contact numbers.

Invitation Letter from China *
An invitation letter from the local company/foundation/institution in China with detailed purpose of your trip. You can download a sample for this invitation letter here The invitation letter should include: - Information about the invitee, including name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc. - Information about the visit, including purpose of the visit, arrival and departure dates, places to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, and the party responsible for covering expenses during the stay in China. - Information about the inviting party, including the name of the organization or individual, address, and phone number. - Date of issuance of the letter and the signature of the individual or official representative (if the signatory representing the organization/institution is different from the responsible party listed in the official documents such as the company's business license, the signatory’s position must be stated), along with the company seal if the inviter is a company/organization.
