Description
Australia Transit Visa allows travelers to pass through Australia on their way to another country. The duration of stay is up to 72 hours. You only need this visa if you plan to leave the airport, change terminals, or have a layover longer than the visa-free transit period (8 hours). For this visa application, official government documents such as the Family Certificate, National ID, Marriage Certificate, or Divorce Certificate must be translated into English by a sworn translator. Consent to grant Australian visa for a child *
Child under 18 years old traveling to Australia alone or accompanied by only one parent is required to fill out Form 1229. If the child is traveling with both parents, this form is not required.
