Visa Pelajar Thailand termasuk dalam kategori Non-Immigrant Visa Category “ED” (Education). Visa ini diberikan kepada mahasiswa asing yang akan mengikuti program magang, pertukaran pelajar, atau pelatihan akademik di bawah naungan lembaga pendidikan maupun organisasi yang telah diakui oleh Pemerintah Thailand. Visa ini memiliki masa berlaku 90 hari sejak tanggal penerbitan dan memberikan izin tinggal awal selama 90 hari di Thailand. Selama berada di Thailand, mahasiswa dapat mengajukan perpanjangan izin tinggal (Extension of Stay) melalui Thai Immigration Bureau, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Am I eligible for this visa?
- Sufficient funds to cover the duration of stay in Thailand.
- An official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) or confirmation letter from a recognized educational institution or organization in Thailand.
- Enrollment in an eligible program such as internship, student exchange, or academic training.
- Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry.
- Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- Passport must not have been issued more than ten years ago.
- No history of overstaying in Thailand or any other country.
- No criminal record.
- No record of illegal employment under any previous visa.
- No history of deportation from Thailand or any other country.

Colored photo 3.3 cm X 4.8 cm, white background *
- Plain white-colored clothing is strictly not allowed; - New photos, no older than six months; - Minimum size 40 KB; - Minimum pixel 354 x 472; - Photo size 3.3 cm X 4.8; - Plain white photo background; - Clear frontal view of the face; - Hat is not allowed to be worn - No edit allowed
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Letter of Acceptance in education institution *
Letter of acceptance from the educational institution that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.
Internship contract *
Internship contract or statement from government agency or private institution as the host of the internship program
Bank statement of 3 months *
Bank statement for the last 3 months (PDF e-statement or scanned version). It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase the approval rate.
Sponsor Letter (Optional) *
Sponsor Letter if funded by another party (English)
Sponsor ID (Optional) *
A scan of the company's/person's sponsor ID.
Flight booking *
Please provide your flight booking details, including the flight number for your arrival and departure, or you can purchase a flight booking service here.
Sponsor bank statement (Optional) *
Bank statement of your sponsor.
Proof of accommodation *
Document confirming the applicant’s place of stay during the trip, such as a hotel booking, invitation letter, or accommodation reservation stating the address and duration of stay.
Other documents (Optional) *
You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.
