Description
Austria Schengen Business Visa is an entry permit to Austria for business purposes for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. This visa can be used for purposes such as attending business meetings, exhibitions, trade negotiations, conferences, short trainings, or meetings with company partners in Austria. The earliest you can apply for the visa is 6 months before your intended travel date. Once you have submitted your visa application, you will not be able to take your passport home while your application is being processed. After the process is completed, you may collect your visa and passport at the Everest Operational Office, or choose an additional delivery service at checkout.

- 10. Your reason for travel is clear and consistent across all documents.

Invitation Letter (Business) *

Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Travel insurance *
Upload your full travel insurance policy, including coverage details. The insurance must comply with visa requirements and cover your destination country for the entire duration of your stay. You can upload your own policy, or purchase travel insurance through SPUN via the add-ons section. Notes: - For Schengen Visa, must include COVID-19 coverage with a minimum total coverage of EUR 30,000, and use an accepted insurance provider by the European Union. See list here

Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number
Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Certificate of employment *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Sponsor ID *

Original sponsorship letter with letterhead and stamp from institution/company who sponsor you. You can download the template here
Sponsor company bank statement *
Recent bank statement from the company inviting you, for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. Please ensure the following details appear on the printed bank statement : - Company's name and address - Bank account number
Marriage Certificate *
Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
Divorce Certificate *
Certificate that shows proof of your relationship status from your country
Letter of Attorney for Schengen Visa (Optional) *
If you already obtained Schengen Visa within the last 59 months, you are eligible to exempt the biometric process. By providing a Letter of Attorney, Everest can submit your documents and pick up your passport on your behalf. Upload a filled and signed template of Letter of Attorney here
Signature page of passport *
Copy of the page which contain your signature in your passport. It could be in the last page or in the Endorsement page
