Description
Visa D is a long-term stay visa that allows non-EU citizens, including Indonesian citizens, to enter Bulgaria for the purpose of working. This visa is an initial entry permit to Bulgaria. To get this visa, applicants must have work permit approval. Upon arrival in Bulgaria, applicants must arrange for the issuance of a residence permit as a long-term residence and work permit. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

- 1. Already obtained Work Permit Approval from Bulgaria.
- 2. No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
- 3. Passport is valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or in case of multiple visits - after the last scheduled date of departure from the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- 4. Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps and has been issued within the last 10 years.
- 5. No record of overstaying in any European country.
- 6. No criminal record or ongoing legal cases.
- 9. Never been deported from any country.

National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Travel insurance *
Upload your full travel insurance policy, including coverage details. The insurance must comply with visa requirements and cover your destination country for the entire duration of your stay. You can upload your own policy, or purchase travel insurance through Everest via the add-ons section. Notes: - For Schengen Visa, must include COVID-19 coverage with a minimum total coverage of EUR 30,000, and use an accepted insurance provider by the European Union. See list here
Police clearance certificate (SKCK) *
Police clearance as proof of individual's good conduct. Everest can assist Indonesian with obtaining your SKCK. You can purchase the service here.
Bank statement for the last 3 months (wet stamped) *
Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number
Work Contract *
Work Contract from company in your country destination
Proof of Accommodation *
Copy accommodation proof of first 3 months living, or the entire duration of the visit. Can be in the form of hotel reservation, rental agreement, sworn statement/undertaking from the host (establishment/institution or private individual) or explanatory letter detailing how the accommodation is planned.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Other documents (Optional) *
You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.
