Description
The Visa Approval Letter is intended for mobility students who have received an Offer Letter or Letter of Acceptance from a Malaysian Public University or Private Higher Education Institution to participate in a student exchange, short course, double-degree program, or other short-term study programs. This VAL is only applicable to new students who are currently residing outside of Malaysia. If the application is approved, you will receive the *VAL* and the *EMGS Approval Letter*. Once you have both documents, you are required to obtain a Student Single Entry Visa (SEV) prior to your departure to Malaysia. Click here to apply for SEV through SPUN. The fee paid for the VAL application includes the cost of the Student Pass, I-Kad, medical check-up, and health insurance, all of which will be processed and issued after your arrival in Malaysia.

Letter of Acceptance in education institution *
Letter of acceptance from the educational institution that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.
Confirmation Letter from Home University/School *

Latest Education Certificate *
