Description
Poland Work Visa is a long-term visa that allows Indonesian citizens to stay in Poland for over 90 days to work legally, based on an official work permit issued by Polish authorities. After applying for your visa, you will not be able to take home your passport while your visa application is being processed. Please note that visa application appointments are subject to the embassy's random selection process and may involve significant waiting times. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Colored Photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (Poland) *

National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Work Permit *
The valid work permit issued by the company in the destination country
Work Contract from Poland *
Provide Company registration proof (KRS – Poland’s National Court Register) and official employment letter from the Polish employer, stating: - Company details (address, contact, stamp, signature, date). - Signatory’s name and position. - Job details such as position, salary, and contract duration, . - Any additional terms such as accommodation, transport, and living costs. Note: for international transfers, a letter from the current employer confirming the transfer and approving the applicant’s leave.

Flight booking *
Inbound and outbound tickets to destined country, or you can purchase a flight booking assistance here
Travel insurance *
Upload your full travel insurance policy, including coverage details. The insurance must comply with visa requirements and cover your destination country for the entire duration of your stay. You can upload your own policy, or purchase travel insurance through SPUN via the add-ons section. Notes: - For Schengen Visa, must include COVID-19 coverage with a minimum total coverage of EUR 30,000, and use an accepted insurance provider by the European Union. See list here
Proof of Accommodation *
Copy accommodation proof of first 3 months living, or the entire duration of the visit. Can be in the form of hotel reservation, rental agreement, sworn statement/undertaking from the host (establishment/institution or private individual) or explanatory letter detailing how the accommodation is planned.
Work Experience Certificate *
Work certificates from previous employment must state the duration of your employment, any training you received, your work tasks, and the qualifications you hold. If you have attended courses related to the profession, you should also include documents that specify the duration and content of the courses.
Police clearance certificate (SKCK) *
Police clearance as proof of individual's good conduct. SPUN can assist Indonesian with obtaining your SKCK. You can purchase the service here.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Optional) *
History of working experiences and education background with your current position in the company/institution.
Other documents (Optional) *
You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.
