Description
ITAP is a permit granted to certain foreigners to live and reside in Indonesia as permanent residents. This ITAP applies to foreign spouses of Indonesian citizens who have held the ITAS Spouse of Indonesian Citizen (E31A) for at least 2 consecutive years. This ITAP provides the right to reside permanently in Indonesia.

Am I eligible for this visa?
- You must provide a Guarantee Letter from your Indonesian spouse.
- A copy of your current Spouse KITAS and Marriage Certificate is required.
- The marriage must have been registered for at least 2 years at the time of application.
- Your ITAS must still be valid for at least 60 days at the time of submission.
- The Indonesian spouse's Family Card (KK) and ID card (KTP) must state their marital status as “Married”.

Letter of Statement & Guarantee from Indonesian Spouse *
A formal letter written by the Indonesian spouse to declare the marital relationship and to provide a guarantee of financial and legal responsibility for the foreign partner during their stay in Indonesia.
Letter of Application from Indonesian Spouse *
A formal application letter submitted by the Indonesian spouse to request a visa or stay permit for their foreign partner, explaining the purpose of stay and confirming their marital relationship.
Integration Statement *
A written statement signed by the foreign national declaring their willingness to respect and obey Indonesian laws, norms, and values as part of their stay or residency in Indonesia.
Indonesian spouse's ID card *
Also known locally as KTP. Provide us with the digital copy of this document.
Tax ID of Indonesian Spouse *
Also known locally as NPWP. Provide us with the digital copy of this document.
Indonesian spouse's birth certificate *
Also known locally as akta kelahiran. Provide us with the digital copy of this document.
Marriage Certificate *
Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Certificate of Domicile (SKTT) *
Domicile certificate issued by the local RW or RT of the location where the company will be located. We can also help to process your Certificate of Domicile here *for Jabodetabek region* or here *for Bali*
Coloured copy of your passport *
- Valid for minimum period of 6 months at the time of travel - Single name passports are not accepted
KITAS/KITAP *
Scan of your latest KITAS or KITAP.
ITAS Stamp *
Copy of your ITAS with your entry stamp to Indonesia

Certificate of Foreign Domicile for ITAP management *
A document issued by local authorities confirming the current address of a foreign national in Indonesia, required for ITAP application or extension. It is usually issued by the Village Office (Kelurahan/Desa) or District Office (Kecamatan), depending on the area.
Family Certificate of Indonesian Spouse *
Also known locally as a kartu keluarga, which displays marital status. Please provide us with a digital copy of this document.
Spouse ITAS *
Spouse ITAS (Limited Stay Permit for Spouse) is a valid ITAS issued to a foreign national who is legally married to an Indonesian citizen. This permit allows the foreign spouse to stay in Indonesia for a limited period and can be extended or converted to a permanent stay permit (ITAP) under certain conditions.
Bank Statement of 3 Months - Min. IDR 20,000,000 *
Bank statement showing at least the last 3 months of financial activity, with a minimum balance of IDR 20,000,000 per month.
