Description
Taiwan Internship Visa with a duration of up to maximum 90 days is a Visitor Visa intended for foreign nationals, including Indonesian citizens, who will participate in a short-term internship program in Taiwan, whether at educational institutions, companies, or other legitimate organizations. This visa is not a work visa and is only valid for non-commercial internship purposes that are educational, skill development-related, or part of an academic program. Notes: - The embassy might ask for additional documents if needed from the list of documents provided below.

- 1. Have received a Letter of Acceptance or Invitation Letter from the university/college in Taiwan.
- 2. A passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure to Taiwan.
- 3. No record of a Taiwan visa rejection in the past six months is allowed.
- 4. A passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- 5. No history of overstaying in any country is permitted.
- 6. No criminal record.

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Birth certificate *

Letter of authorization from the industrial authority or official government agency of Taiwan (original & copy) *
- For example: Permit Letter from the Ministry of Economics, and others. - The qualifications of the applicant must comply with the regulations of the Industrial Authority.
School Statement Letter and Academic Transcript from the School in Indonesia (original and photocopy) *
School statement letter and academic transcript (original + 1 photocopy, after the visa process is complete, the original document will be returned): 1. Must include the applicant's name, date of birth, major, and level 2. Must include the place and duration of the internship 3. Must include the assessment period
Latest education certificate and academic transcript (Taiwan) *
Latest education certificate (Ijazah) and latest transcript (no legalization needed) (original + 1 photocopy, after the visa process is completed, the original document will be returned). If it is not a diploma issued in Indonesia, the embassy will request the applicant to legalize the document in the issuing country.
Invitation Letter *

You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.
Financial Proof for Internship in Taiwan *
- Bank Statement for the last 6 months with an average balance of USD 3000 or more. - Financial evidence can be obtained from accounts belonging to parents or other relatives in the same family card.
