Description
This visa is an entry permit that allows students to stay and study in Poland for up to one year. During this period, the visa holder may also travel to other Schengen countries for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. If the study period exceeds the visa validity, the student must apply for a Temporary Residence Permit *(Karta Pobytu)*. After applying for your visa, you will not be able to take home your passport while your visa application is being processed. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

- 6. No criminal record or ongoing legal cases.
- 7. No involvement in visa shopping (applying to multiple countries to get easier approval).
- 8. You can show proof of sufficient funds to cover your entire stay.
- 9. No history of working illegally while on a visa.
- 10. Never been deported from any country.
- 11. Your reason for travel is clear and consistent across all documents.

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.
Colored Photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (Poland) *

Letter of Acceptance in education institution *
Letter of acceptance from the educational institution that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Payment Proof of Study *
Attach the proof of payment for the intended study program
Latest Education Certificate (Original and Copy Translated) *

Proof of Financial for Poland Student Visa *
It is mandatory to submit one or more of the following documents: - Traveler’s cheque(s) - Certificate confirming credit card limit - Certificate of availability of funds in a bank or cooperative savings and loan association located in the territory of the Republic of Poland, another EU/EFTA member state, or Switzerland - Document confirming the granting of a national or foreign scholarship - Certificate of employment with a monthly salary statement It's recommended to have a balance of at least 1500 - 2500 PLN per month to cover your stay in Poland.

Copy accommodation proof of first 3 months living, or the entire duration of the visit. Can be in the form of hotel reservation, rental agreement, sworn statement/undertaking from the host (establishment/institution or private individual) or explanatory letter detailing how the accommodation is planned.
