Description
For Indonesian citizens and those not from the EU/EEA/SWISS who will work in the Czech Republic for more than 3 months, a visa and work permit are required to work in the Czech Republic. Eligible job vacancies can be found here. Please note that visa application appointment availability depends on the embassy's appointment opening schedule. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout. Notes: - Health insurance needs to be attached only after the visa has been approved, not at the time of application. - Physical document is required depending on what stated on your invitation letter or working contract.

- 2. Passport validity of at least three months beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen area.
- 3. Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- 4. Passport issuance must not exceed ten years.
- 5. No history of overstaying in any European countries.
- 6. No criminal record.
- 7. No engagement in visa shopping practices at any time.
- 8. Proof of sufficient funds to support the stay.
- 9. No history of illegal work on a previous visa.
- 10. No record of deportation from any country.

Work Contract from Czech Republic *
Employment contract or work agreement (need to be in Czech Language). The document must prove that the applicant has a job in the Czech Republic with a salary not lower than the basic monthly wage, and a minimum of 15 working hours per week.

Documents that prove that the applicant has the necessary professional qualifications need to be apostilled by Kemenkumham. Such as education certificate, certifications, etc.
Proof of Accomodation (Czech) *
Proof of accommodation can be submitted as for example accommodation agreement (signature does not need to be verified by notary), rent agreement (signature does not need to be verified by notary), property ownership proof (purchase agreement, land register extract), dormitory document or confirmation on providing accommodation (signature must be verified by a notary, see the form below). Note: If renting, submit also a document showing that the landlord can rent the property - for example in a form of land register extract. Do submit documents in originals or officially certified copies.
Police Clearance Certificate (Apostilled) *
Police clearance as proof of individual's good conduct in Indonesia. Need to be apostilled by Kemenkumham
