Provide booking voucher of your hotel accommodation.

Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.

Bank statement for the last 6 months. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number

Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.

A scan of the company's/person's sponsor ID.

Recent bank statement from the company inviting you, for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. Please ensure the following details appear on the printed bank statement : - Company's name and address - Bank account number

Provide the document with bank statement from a person who sponsor your travel, with requirements: - Sponsor person bank statement for the last 6 months with the bank's letterhead. - It can be an internet bank statement, but it must come from the bank's original system and be certified by the bank (with the bank's official stamp). - If you include a deposit account statement, it must be the original with the bank's official stamp and with the bank's letterhead.

Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
