Description
Bulgaria Student Exchange Visa is an entry permit for students traveling to Bulgaria for study exchange purposes. Its validity and duration of stay depend on the specific purpose of the exchange or the discretion of the embassy. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

- 1. You must not have been rejected for a Schengen visa in the past six months.
- 2. Your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure date from the Schengen area.
- 3. Ensure your passport contains at least two blank visa pages.
- 4. Your passport must not have been issued more than ten years ago.
- 5. You should have no history of overstaying in any European countries.
- 6. Clear criminal record
- 7. You must not have engaged in visa shopping practices at any time.
- 8. You must be able to show enough funds to support yourself during your stay.
- 9. You must not have worked illegally on a previous visa.
- 10. You must never have been deported from any country.
- 11. You must be consistent in the stated purpose of your travel.
- 12. Do not apply for a tourist visa if your intention is to work.
- 13. You must not apply for a tourist visa while intending to work.

Required for
Passport *
Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.
Letter of Acceptance in education institution *
Letter of acceptance from the educational institution that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
National ID *
Provide your national identity card issued by the authority
Colored photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm *
- Size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, Max. size 2Mb (2pcs) - Not older than 7 months - Has never been used in any other visa. - File format using *.JPEG/ .JPG/ .PNG in color - White background - Proper composition - No edit allowed - No accessories is allowed

Hotel booking *
Provide booking voucher of your hotel accommodation.
Travel insurance *
Upload your full travel insurance policy, including coverage details. The insurance must comply with visa requirements and cover your destination country for the entire duration of your stay. You can upload your own policy, or purchase travel insurance through SPUN via the add-ons section. Notes: - For Schengen Visa, must include COVID-19 coverage with a minimum total coverage of EUR 30,000, and use an accepted insurance provider by the European Union. See list here

Bank reference *
Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.
Bank Statement 6 Months *
Bank statement for the last 6 months. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number
Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Signature page of passport *
Copy of the page which contain your signature in your passport. It could be in the last page or in the Endorsement page
Certificate of employment *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Payroll slip for the last 3 months
Sponsorship letter from institution/company *
Original sponsorship letter with letterhead and stamp from institution/company who sponsor you. You can download the template here
Deed of incorporation *
The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.
Letter of Attorney for Schengen Visa (Optional) *
If you already obtained Schengen Visa within the last 59 months, you are eligible to exempt the biometric process. By providing a Letter of Attorney, Everest can submit your documents and pick up your passport on your behalf. Upload a filled and signed template of Letter of Attorney here
Sponsorship letter from family *
Sponsorship letter from direct family belongs in the same family card. You can download the template here
Business License Number (NIB) *
Business license (NIB) issued by OSS System
Sponsor company bank statement *
Recent bank statement from the company inviting you, for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. Please ensure the following details appear on the printed bank statement : - Company's name and address - Bank account number
Certificate of witholding tax income (Optional) *
Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.
Sponsor ID *
A scan of the company's/person's sponsor ID.
Sponsor person bank statement *
Bank statement of the last 3 months from a person who sponsor your travel.
Marriage Certificate *
Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
Divorce Certificate *
Certificate that shows proof of your relationship status from your country
