Description
This visa grants the legal right to work in China. During this period, you can engage in employment activities in compliance with Chinese labor laws. Additionally, the visa can be upgraded to a resident visa, allowing you to extend your stay and continue working in China. Notes: - Physical document is required depending on what stated on your invitation letter or working contract. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Am I eligible for this visa?
- 1. Applicant must obtain a Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit issued by a company in China.
- 2. The resident visa can only be extended within China.
- 1. Passport is issued in Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Papua, or any province in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
- 2. Applicants with passports issued outside these regions may apply in Jakarta by providing a Certificate of Employment in English confirming employment status in Jakarta.
- 3. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the departure date to China.
- 4. No visa rejection for Chinese Visa in the past six months.
- 5. The passport must have at least two blank visa pages.
- 6. No history of overstaying in any country.
- 7. A clear criminal record is required.
- 8. Proof of sufficient funds to support the stay is required.
- 9. No record of illegal employment under a previous visa.
- 10. No history of deportation from any country.
