Bank statements showing an average monthly balance of around USD 4,600 for the past three months, stamped and signed by the bank. The month in which you apply for the visa is not included in the 3-month period. If your appointment is scheduled for next month, you will need to update your bank statements and bank letter accordingly.

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country

Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.

A scan of the company's/person's sponsor ID.

Original invitation letter from the inviting institution (Mexican or Indonesian) covering the applicant’s expenses during their stay in Mexico. The letter must: - Be printed on official letterhead with handwritten signature and ink stamp. - Include the applicant’s full name and nationality. - Include the institution’s name, registration number, purpose, address, and contact person. - Describe the activity, duration, and confirm financial responsibility for the applicant’s stay and return. - Attach a copy of the signatory’s photo ID (preferably passport).

Original bank statement of the inviting institution, separated by month, with a monthly average balance of more than USD 14,700 approx.- per month, during last 12 months, duly stamped and signed by the bank officers. (The month that you apply for the visa is not counted in the 12 months). If the bank statement does not contain any information regarding the monthly average balance, then a statement letter in Spanish or English from the bank, that states the monthly average balance for the last 12 months, must be submitted.
