Letter of Acceptance in Indonesian Education Institution *
Letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Indonesia that explains the length of time the foreigner will be enrolled in the educational
Internship contract *
Internship contract or statement from government agency or private institution as the host of the internship program
Family certificate (Optional) *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Bank statement of 3 months - 2000 USD (Optional) *
Bank statements of the last 3 months with minimum balance USD 2,000 (including name, date of period, and balance account).
Guarantee Letter from Indonesian Citizen or Educational Institution *
Guarantee letter from a guarantor, which is an Indonesian citizen or the educational institution where foreigners carry out education
Guarantee Letter from Government (Optional) *
Statement from the authorized central government or regional government agency, in the case of foreigners guaranteed by the government
