Business license (NIB) issued by OSS System

Government confirmation letter of space utilization for company's business issued by OSS system

Domicile certificate issued by the local RW or RT of the location where the company will be located. We can also help to process your Certificate of Domicile here *for Jabodetabek region* or here *for Bali*

Recent bank statement from the company inviting you, for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. Please ensure the following details appear on the printed bank statement : - Company's name and address - Bank account number

NPWP (tax identification number) number of the company that invites you

Scan of Family Certificate (Kartu Keluarga) of the person in charge for company establishment

Organization structure of Sponsor Company : - Printed with Letterhead (incl. name, logo, and address) - Signed by Sponsor Company's Director/HR Official - Completed with company stamp

Expatriate hiring plan which should be submitted and approved by Government.

Expatriate working permit released by the Government. It confirms the residence of foreign worker with work KITAS.

WLKP is a mandatory account required for the application of 1 foreign worker for every 10 Indonesian workers. If the sponsoring company does not yet have a WLKP, SPUN can assist in processing the WLKP report that can be purchased here.

DPKK Payment is a proof of payment to the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. The fee is USD 100/ month/ pax and it is non negotiable. The total amount will depend on how long is your stay. For a 12-month ITAS, then it's USD 1,200 and you can process the payment here

Statement from the authorized central government or regional government agency, in the case of foreigners guaranteed by the government

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period.
