At least 18 months of validity for 1-year ITAS, or minimum 30 months of validity for 2-year ITAS

Audited Financial Report of a company outside Indonesia which conducted by global Accounting Firm stating share ownership min. 25% or 2.5 Bio IDR in value
Turn Over Sales Stated in Audited Financial Report *
Audited Financial Report of a company outside Indonesia which conducted by global Accounting Firm stating turn over of sales : - USD 25,000,000 for Investor ITAS stay period up to 5 years, or - USD 50,000,000 for Investor ITAS stay period up to 10 years, or - USD 100,000 for Executive Directors/Commissioners of Global Expansion Company ITAS
Statement of Commitment to Establish a Company *
Statement of commitment to establish a company in Indonesia which must be fulfilled within 90 days of entrance with : - investment value minimum USD 2,500,000 (two million and five hudred US dollars) for stay period up to 5 years, or - investment value minimum USD 5,000,000 (five million US dollars) for stay period up to 10 years
